Causing a disturbance and using threats of violence on a crowded airborne vessel?
I hope she gets what's coming to her...you don't fool around in an environment like that.

Oh,geez....
Senator's wife charged for airplane disturbance
Court appearance set for 1st wedding anniversary
The wife of Manitoba Liberal Senator Rod Zimmer has been charged for a disruption on an airplane that landed in Saskatoon Thursday night.
CBC News has confirmed Maygan Sensenberger was arrested as she got off a flight from Ottawa.
Sensenberger, 23, appeared in a Saskatoon provincial court Friday after she was charged with endangering the safety of the aircraft and causing a disturbance.
According to the Saskatoon Police Service, the flight crew called ahead of time, at about 8 p.m. CST, saying Sensenberger had been causing a disturbance during the flight.
Police said the commotion started with a verbal disagreement between Sensenberger and Zimmer, 69.
CBC has obtained court documents from Sensenberger's appearance this morning that states she had uttered threats against her husband and also threatened to take down the plane.
No one was hurt and the safety of the airplane was not compromised, police said.
Sensenberger will remain in jail over the weekend — at the Pine Grove Correctional Centre in Prince Albert — and is scheduled to appear in court again on Monday morning.
That's an important day for the couple for another reason, it's their first wedding anniversary.
Zimmer has been a senator since 2005. He's a businessman, philanthropist and was a fundraiser for the Liberal Party of Canada. He was born in Kuroki, Saskatchewan and currently resides in Winnipeg.
Kuroki is about 260 kilometres east of Saskatoon.

Zimmer’s wife charged with disturbance on plane
by The Canadian Press on Friday, August 24, 2012 6:00pm
[Saskatchewan]
SASKATOON – A woman charged with causing a disturbance on a flight to Saskatoon was allegedly arguing with her husband, who is a Canadian senator.
Maygan Sensenberger, 23, was in court in Saskatoon on Friday, after allegedly threatening passengers, swearing, and arguing with her husband, Rod Zimmer, 69.
Court records show the disturbance happened on Air Canada Flight 8597, which originated in Halifax, stopped in Ottawa and then went on to Saskatoon.
“It’s our understanding that throughout the flight, there was a verbal argument taking place of a domestic nature,” said Alyson Edwards, spokesperson with the Saskatoon Police Service.
According to witnesses, Sensenberger created a large disturbance and it only got worse as the plane neared Saskatoon, Edwards said.
“The suspect in this case had stated to several people that she believed her husband was in medical distress,” said Edwards, adding that alcohol may have been a factor.
Officers met the woman when the aircraft landed.
Sensenberger is charged with endangering the safety of the aircraft and causing a disturbance. Court records show police believe she uttered threats against her husband and threatened to take down the plane.
Zimmer, who is a Liberal and represents Manitoba in the Senate, was appointed to the Canadian upper chamber in 2005 by then-prime minister Paul Martin.
No one was injured in the incident and police say the safety of the aircraft was not compromised.
Sensenberger was visibly shaken and tearful in the prisoner’s box during her court appearance Friday.
She will be remanded in custody until her second appearance on Monday.
A Facebook page that was started in 2010 called, “Rod Zimmer & Maygan Sensenberger’s Wedding Page,” says they were married on Aug. 27, 2011.
Pictures apparently taken in the House of Commons show the happy couple looking deeply into each others’ eyes while holding one another. Sensenberger shows off her ring in at least one of the photos.
Zimmer was born in Kuroki, Sask., east of Saskatoon, and currently lives in Winnipeg.
His parliamentary biography lists several positions he held before being appointed a senator, including vice president for the festivals for the Pan American Games Society Inc., a member of the board of directors for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Football Club and a member of the board of the Canadian Paralympic Foundation.

Let's see: 69 divided by 23 equals, three times his wife's age.
We have discussed here the inherent risks to men in marrying someone so much younger than themselves.
Anyone had a look at the MP's portfolio lately?
My guess is, the Mrs. is getting a little impatient with playing the part.

Re: Woman charged at airport after plane disruption
Amazing how a 69-year old man can make such a mistake after so much life experience. Or maybe he is just losing his marbles. Still, he can now contemplate what so many other men have done before him: how he is now completely at the mercy of a woman he was stupid enough to marry and who can now show her true colours and treat him like shit before she takes all his money and puts him in his grave. The last two events can happen in either order, the results will be the same either way.

“The suspect in this case had stated to several people that she believed her husband was in medical distress,”
It is true that I have been watching "Murdoch Mysteries" of late, so maybe my perception is distorted, but I begin to wonder if the young wife was actually trying to induce a heart attack or other medical crisis, and lost patience and all self-control when her intended victim failed to deliver it.
Det. Murdoch might say, "indeed the preponderance of circumstantial evidence tends to support this hypothesis, but as yet we have not encountered any form of conclusive proof."
It seems inevitable that the conclusive proof will reveal itself in time.skype: techno.skept

And aren't we all, if we don't make the effort to seek the good and resist the evil, in everyone?
Having lived in college towns and cow towns alike, I no longer find either "liberal" or "conservative" to be sufficient license to dismiss, nor platform on which to exaggerate, anyone's basic humanity.
And the question of what individuals actually deserve in the scheme of things, I find comfort in the extent to which this is both over my head and out of my hands.skype: techno.skept

Liberal senator’s wife returns to court to plead for 69-year-old husband’s credit card after being released on bail

A Liberal senator’s wife accused of creating a disturbance on an airplane and uttering threats against her husband was forced to return to court Monday — the couple’s wedding anniversary — just moments after being released on bail.
She was released from custody Monday morning after spending the weekend in a jail cell on the conditions that she have no contact with her husband, 69-year-old Rod Zimmer.
But shortly after being released on bail, Sensenberger was back in a Saskatoon courtroom to amend the terms of her release.
Sensenberger was to reside Monday evening at the ranch of Zimmer’s brother, outside Saskatoon, but she returned to the courtroom to request that condition be changed.
Judge Brent Klause agreed to the change, amending her release conditions so that she did not have to have a specified residence on Monday night.
Sensenberger also expressed concern that she had no money to secure a hotel room, because she had been travelling with her husband and he had all the credit cards. Klause nodded to Zimmer, who was sitting in the courtroom, and asked if it would be OK for Zimmer to give a credit card to Sensenberger’s lawyer, who could then give the card to Sensenberger so she could rent a hotel room — complying with the term that Sensenberger have no contact with Zimmer. Zimmer appeared to agree.

Sounds like she will walk away from all of this unscathed.

Senator's wife back in Saskatoon court today - Saskatchewan - CBC NewsThe 23-year-old wife of a 69-year-old Manitoba senator will appear in domestic violence court today in Saskatoon.
Maygan Sensenberger was released on bail Monday on conditions including that she not have contact with her husband of one year, Manitoba Liberal Senator Rod Zimmer.
Sensenberger was arrested last week on charges she caused a disturbance on a plane and endangered the safety of the aircraft.
Witnesses say Zimmer started having health problems on the flight and police allege Sensenberger yelled about bringing down the plane and threatened her husband.
Domestic violence court is a separate part of provincial court that allows an individual who pleads guilty to take counselling and address substance abuse problems they may have.
The court's website says any accused would not be sentenced until after they complete the counselling or substance abuse programs.
