On the social bookmarking website Reddit, there is a group entitled MensRights which has a very impressive total of 5541 subscribers.

Here's a brief description of Reddit, taken from the website itself:

What is reddit?

Reddit is a source for what's new and popular on the web.

Users like you provide all of the content and decide, through voting, what's good (

) and what's junk (

).

Links that receive community approval bubble up towards #1, so the front page is constantly in motion and (hopefully) filled with fresh, interesting links.

Registering an account is free, and the process of submitting a link takes only a few seconds.

This is a simple but very effective form of activism.

If you have an account on YouTube, it is definitely worth submitting your videos to the MensRights section of Reddit.

After I submitted one of mine to Reddit earlier today, the number of views increased from 104 to 134 within a few hours.

Earlier today, I submitted a link to one of my YouTube videos to Reddit, and it is now on the Reddit homepage after receiving 70

votes and 41 comments thus far.

If you click the 'linkback' button at the top of every post, you'll note reddit is included as one of the many bookmarks available.

Good point. If we could get a thread from this forum onto the Reddit homepage (like I did with an MRA video yesterday), then we could get some considerable traffic (and hopefully some new members too).

One of my YouTube videos received around 300 views yesterday from people who discovered it on Reddit.

A few hours ago, I submitted a deranged and bigoted article from a 'radical' feminist blog to Reddit, with the intention of exposing misandry in the feminist blogosphere to a large audience.

Amazingly, the submission was briefly ranked #1 on the Reddit homepage:

Frosty I think every post starts at the top as a new post. More important is the number of up-and-downmodds. I think.
