Re: Let's contact David Cameron
I've sent him a lovely message

Dear Mr. Cameron,
I understand you are pandering to feminists in their faulty belief that even innocent men must go to jail when accused of rape, regardless of 'innocent until proven guilty' - stooping to any level in order to gain a conviction.
I have NO problem with GENUINE rapists doing time, but I do have a problem with innocent men going to jail just to please feminists their sympathisers. I also have a problem with women who make false allegations not being punished accordingly for their crimes - they barely get a slap on the wrist (for potentially ruining a man's life, family, career, etc.) compared with a man losing all the above, inc. his freedom. Where is this 'equality' feminists keep talking about?
Anyway, someone put this suggestion forward, and I think it would be an excellent way for you to understand that men are not all abusers & rapists, just as not all women are truthful and decent.
The suggestion was this:
"Why don't we get Gemma Gregory an introduction to Dave Cameron, the meeting to take place in a private place with no witnesses? Then we can see how Dave enjoys being victim number nine. Might open up his eyes a bit."
http://antimisandry.com/woman_falsel...71.html?t=8271
I am genuinely interested in your response to this matter.
Please though, do avoid statistics that have been meddled with by feminists, as we already know they are played to perpetuate lies & half-truths, never the genuine full facts.
Best regards,
Karl Mathews.Last edited by Marx; 14th-November-2007 at 01:31 AM.

Re: Let's contact David Cameron
My message:
Dear Mr. Cameron,
I am writing to you in response to your plans to increase the conviction rate for rape.
I believe that men accused of rape should receive anonymity, which should only be lifted if they are convicted of their alleged crime.
Just one day after you made your speech, Gemma Gregory was given a suspended one-year jail term for making eight false claims of rape or sexual assault.
David Carrington-Jones was recently freed from prison after serving six years. His accuser had also made false allegations against her brother, step father, fiancee, a boyfriend and even a customer at her work.
Three men were recently acquitted of rape, after Sherelle Deblasio falsely claimed that a consensual sex orgy which took place was a gang rape.
Taxi driver Aftab Ahmed, lost his house, livelihood and good name after a false allegation of rape was made against him by a female passenger.
There are many more cases which I could draw upon.
False allegations of rape ruin the lives of victims and their families. Granting anonymity to men accused of rape would make a huge difference.
Naming defendants in the media prior to trial, puts the safety of such men at risk. Even if they are innocent and subsequently acquitted, the tag of 'rapist', and the threat of 'revenge' violence will still remain.
I urge the Conservative party to support the policy of granting anonymity to men accused of rape.

Re: Let's contact David Cameron
Dear Mr Cameron
Firstly, I thank you for the reply I received on your behalf to my last email to you (in September) on men's rights issues. I did look at the Stand Up Speak Up idea at the link I was given, but I noticed that a person must be a member, or must join, the Conservative Party in order to contribute ideas. Would you consider starting a forum that is open to all members of the public, including supporters of other parties, or a petitions page, such as the Prime Minister has?
I have written concerning your recent proposals regarding the issue of rape. While I agree with you in principal that all that is possible should be done to stop this appalling crime, I do worry that your views are somewhat unbalanced on the subject, and that this could lead to much harm to many people. Or perhaps I have understood you wrong.
To qualify what I mean about your views not being balanced, I use the example of the original introduction of a Minister for Women. While it may have been a necessary step, the fact that no Minister for Men was introduced, also, has created a great imbalance. It shows that male victims of gender discrimination or hate are less important than female victims. Over the last decade and a half, hundreds of males or more in the UK (myself included) have been the victims of gender hate in many different ways. While I do not blame this entirely on the lack of a Minister for Men, some representation would have at least given these victims a voice.
I note that you advocate the discussion of rape in schools. Again, I agree in principal that educating young people (but teenagers only) about these issues would be beneficial. However the hate of males in some areas of education is committed openly and often with impunity. As an adult in further education I could not personally cope with the hate, and had to give up my studies. I know of cases such as boys being made to sit and play at the back of the classroom while the tutor teaches the girls only; and in one school I know of there is cctv in the boys' toilets, though not in the girls' toilets, despite there being incidents of bullying, fighting and vandalism committed by girls. Any talk of rape in the current education system will only ever be one sided, and it will destroy the lives of some boys.
On the issue of rape lessons, I hope all rape would be treated with equal concern. Such as a male who has sex with a woman while he is too intoxicated to consent, and realises that he did not want to do this the next day. Or the loophole in English law that I am not convinced has been addressed, where a woman can legally have sex with a boy of 14 or 15. This was shown in the Amy Gehring case 2001/2 where the Judge directed that one charge against the female tutor be dropped because it is not illegal for a woman to have sex with a 15 year old boy. I found the extract below which is discussing this:
The Gehring case - as with the King trial - has furthermore highlighted the UK's backward, conflicting and irrational laws on 'adult-child' sex. A law dating from 1956 prohibits a man from having sex with a girl aged 15 or under, but does not stop a woman from having sex with a boy of 15. If an adult woman does have sex with a teenager aged 14 or 15 she can - like Gehring - only be charged with "indecent assault". The word "assault", however, implies that the woman must have played an active role in the encounter, and also perhaps that she inflicted a degree of coercion on her 'victim'. From a legalistic point of view, this means that - as the judge graphically pointed out in the trial - an adult woman who removes her clothes, lies on a bed and passively allows an all-too-willing-and-eager 15-year-old boy to have sexual intercourse with her is committing no offence. However, if she merely kisses the boy - defined as an "active" move - she may well be guilty of an offence … as long, of course, as he is under the legal 'age of consent'.
http://www.cpgb.org.uk/worker/418/gehring.html
Finally, the fact that those wrongly accused of rape do not have anonymity can ruin lives. As the extract below demonstrates:
The crime of making a false allegation is not exclusive to women. On April 24, 2007 TimesOnline reported that Aftab Ahmed, 44 of Bradford, England was cleared of a false allegation. A teenage girl accused the cab driver of rape in January 2006. Mr Ahmed stated, "The accusations have destroyed my family. It has impacted on myself, my wife and my children. To be accused of rape is the most serious crime in my religion of Islam." Aftab Ahmed lost everything as a result. The adolescent girl was sentenced to only four months detention.

A compromise I heard suggested on one website, by more than one woman, (and I support the idea personally) is that a man who has no previous history or accusations of rape should be allowed anonymity.
I would be very grateful if you will try to ensure that your views on this issue are as balanced as possible.

Re: Let's contact David Cameron
Good! Staying calm and providing arguments and facts is the best way to approach politicians. All by itself it will not be enough, of course, other forms of pressure will need to be applied, but this is a good way to let them know that even law-abiding decent well-educated citizens are becoming concerned.

Re: Let's contact David Cameron
I have received a reply:
Dear Sir,
I am writing on behalf of David Cameron to thank you for your email regarding his speech on sexual violence against women. I do apologise for the delay in my reply.
David Cameron feels very strongly that when it comes to tackling sexual violence against women, Britain still has a long way to go. According to the British Crime Survey, one in twenty adult women in the UK have been the victim of rape. But 75 per cent of these cases are never reported to the police, and, of those that are reported, less than 6 per cent result in a conviction.
What is more, eight Rape Crisis Centres have been forced to close in the last two years, and the remaining Centres are struggling to remain open because of short-term and volatile Government funding.
That is why the Conservative Party are taking a lead on this important issue. At present, many Government departments are producing contradictory policies and failing to develop a coherent approach to violence against women. We are developing an integrated strategy, informed by experts, which we will implement in government to tackle
these cases of violence.
There are three key areas which need to be addressed. Firstly, we will review the sentences given to convicted rapists to ensure that the sentence fits the crime; secondly, we will increase victim support by ensuring long-term, stable funding for Rape Crisis Centres; and thirdly, we need to see a widespread cultural change in attitudes towards women and sexual violence. We will therefore make the teaching of sexual consent a compulsory part of the sex education curriculum, empowering young people to say 'no' to sex.
The Conservative Party's review of prisons and sentencing will be led by Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, Nick Herbert, and will look specifically at sentences for rapists. We will take into account the effect of indeterminate sentences to ensure that the length of sentence handed down for rape is proportionate to the crime.
We will also replace annual funding decisions for Rape Crisis Centres with three-year funding cycles so that this important public service will have the financial stability needed to help the victims of rape.
And by teaching children the concept of consent, explaining that 'no means no', we will encourage greater responsibility and help tackle one of the root causes of rape and sexual violence. At present, this is not a compulsory element of the sex education curriculum. We will make it compulsory.
In your email, you mention the issue of "false allegations" in rape cases, and we appreciate concern about this issue. Recent research has shown that the proportion of false allegations of rape reported to the police is not significantly higher than those in other crimes. However, it is a serious offence to make a false allegation in any crime -
particularly one as grave as rape - and I assure you that nothing we propose in this area would make it easier for anyone to do so.
Over the weeks and months ahead, the Conservative Party will continue to develop policies on this important issue, consulting leading experts in the process. By doing this, we will ensure that the next Conservative Government will have an integrated strategy to tackle all violence against women, helping us to make our society safer and stronger.
Thank you again for your email.
Yours sincerely,
David Beal

Re: Let's contact David Cameron
Totally inadequate response. Anywhere I see the feminist buzzphrase "violence against women" I just switch off because I know it indicates conformity to feminist ideology. Sure enough as you continue reading it's just more and more textbook Feminism/Marxism. Same phrases, same mindset, same indifference to what men think, same indifference to justice.
The name of the Conservative Party means nothing any more. They are a UN-influenced, pro-feminist, anti-men party like ALL large political parties are.
There's a nice clipping from the Conservative Party Manifesto some of us men might not have been aware of. Using your taxes to fund feminist training and lie diffusion centres. No thanks. We will also replace annual funding decisions for Rape Crisis Centres with three-year funding cycles so that this important public service will have the financial stability needed to help the victims of rape.
The Conservative Party's response is just further proof that there is no democratic representation for men. There is no choice for men in any of the "big two" parties in any given Western democracy.

Re: Let's contact David Cameron
Wow, frosty, you even got a real reply, not an automated one!
I won't dissect it, as most of it is just empty rhetoric, but I'll point out this:
Really? I really can't remember seeing any woman, who was exposed as a false accuser of rape, actually being treated like they commited a serious offence, let alone crime. Either they aren't held esponsible for it at all, or mangina judges give them 1 month of community service or some "punishment" in that vein. However, it is a serious offence to make a false allegation in any crime - particularly one as grave as rape
I'd really like to see him comment on cases such as this then. Oh, lemme guess, it's just an exception to the rule, right? Well, how 'bout this one then? And this one. Or this one? This, this, or this? Etc.
All exceptions to the rule, right?
And where in these cases does it show that false accusation was treated like a serious offence?
Hahaha, right. It's already all too easy for any woman to do so, obviously, so how 'bout working on changing that, instead of imprisoning more men, just because the conviction rate doesn't look good for your agenda?and I assure you that nothing we propose in this area would make it easier for anyone to do so.S E R V I C E W I T H A S M I L E

It's bad enough that when you write to David Cameron, you don't even get a reply from the man himself. Add to that the fact that it takes weeks to get the response, and that its largely automated.

I have a strong feeling the David Cameron will fuck things up for the Conservatives before the next general election.Subscribe to my accounts on DocStoc, Scribd, Twitter and YouTube.

Re: Let's contact David Cameron
Not sure what their race policy is these days, they have been criticised for it in the past, and indeed unless they get to grips with the rumours that they are racist they dont stand much chance!
Voting BNP is largely regarded as a protest vote. The fact that the main parties dont like the BNP seems a good enough reason to vote for them!
I dont usually vote for anyone because the government always gets in!
