    An Idea

I have an idea that I would like to run past everyone here.

The idea is this. We should find men who have been screwed by family courts and child ransom in every state and nation in the west and as individuals sue the government for theses wrongs.

    1. This would cost the governments more than they make off of the divorce industry.
    2. It would definately get the word out that something is wrong with the way things are done regarding fathers and families.{and by extension men in general}
    3. It would redistribute wealth from government to men who are being financially abused by government and ex's.

Even if the local government settled these cases out of court it would cost them more than they can get from the federal government. And if we kept suing they would eventually have to change these laws or go broke.

Now I don't like the general idea of people suing one another because usually only whiners and scammers seem to do it of late.

But for us it is a legitamate complaint. Our children suffer we suffer and our civil rights are stomped on all the time because women's groups have sued and made the government afrais of them.

We however have legitamate complaints so it should work after we have sued them in droves. The fastest way to get the government to listen is to take away their money. A politician who cannot pay for his male biased programs will get voted out in short order.

Doesn't it stand to reason that the judges presiding over the cases would stop people from suing the government like that?

I wonder if Victorian Lady over at MABTW would be willing to help with something like that? She's a first class attorney who represents men in divorces all the time. What if it were a class action lawsuit?

Women could just sue back until the laws are reinstated.

Well Denarus why should we fight for our rights at all if we are going to lose them again. Which makes me wonder why you or any of us are here?

I guess a class action would work but I think a whole lot of them would be better. A class action suit would get attention but a bunch of individual suits would keep the problem in veiw.

There have been a few class action suits against the pharma industry but imagine if each person had told their story the bad press would have been so much worse.

Women are winning because they're attacking men. We can't win if we attack the government, because it's not damaging the women as it's a third party, and they can just attack the government to get their "power" back.

no danarus they are winning because they attack men in front of judges and lawmakers. They played the victim for those who make decisions and if we sue and show that we have real grievances then they no longer have grounds for complaint.

In essence we would be showing that all of the things these women's groups claim they need would be shown to actually be harmful.

Hmmm... in that case, it might work. But my coffers are empty, and I'm not a father who's lost his children or anything.

Women are winning because they've got the government and the courts backing them. It's the court system that rewards women for breaking up their families and intentionally alienates fathers from their children.

Women only have the power to keep fathers away from their children because the courts have given them that power. It would be nice to think that no woman would stoop to doing such a thing....but reality has taught us otherwise.
"Every noble impulse, every unselfish expression of love; every brave suffering for the right; every surrender of self to something higher than self; every loyalty to an ideal; every unselfish devotion to principle; every helpfulness to humanity; every act of self-control; every fine courage of the soul, undefeated by pretense or policy, but by being, doing, and living of good for the very good’s sake—that is spirituality." -David O. McKay

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

Such an action would have the same result as if the Jews had sued Hitler for antisemitic discrimination

The current court system is manned by feminists and manginas and they would know all the good reasons for subverting such an action

the West nowdays is a gynocracy

the only defence against it is not to sign the feminist sucker contract of marriage

This was given a serious attempt in Canada about three or four years ago as a class action. The court has the option to dismiss class actions as lacking merit (which they did).

I personally am opposed to putting the taxpayers (ourselves) on the hook for war reparations to ourselves. Unless this sort of liability action can be directed against the personal assets of those who implimented the policies, or who profit directly from them, then I really don't see the point.

It would be like tearing off the ass pocket that you keep your wallet in, leaving that side of your ass hanging in rags in order to embarrass and humiliate yourself and then smugly putting the wallet in your other pocket and saying "there...that showed them".

Thanks for all the input guys.

I am trying to figure out ways to hit the government where it hurts concerning father's and children.

This is one of my ideas that I had mixed thoughts about because I don't like the idea of suing because the money comes from taxpayers one way or another but on the other hand we are already paying for programs that harm families that would go away once enough suits were filed and lawmakers would have to really think about whether it is worth continuing their misandry.

For it to work, a lot of people would have to sue, and those people will likely come from sources other than this message board.
