Here is what I wrote:

Dear Ms. Rice,

I am extremely disappointed that you took the all too predictable route of not arresting the false accuser. Furthermore, your assessment of this criminal shows a disturbing lack of cognition. In your mind you assume that if a woman falsely accuses someone of rape then she has "serious mental problems” and is "in desperate need of help." This is not the language of a good prosecutor. You had evidence that a terrible crime had been committed and took absolutely no action. This woman abused the justice system, terrorized an entire campus as well as the public at large and destroyed the lives of five completely innocent men.
If she wants to use mental illness in her defense during trial then she can do so. It is not your job as a prosecutor to make sympathetic judgments about an individual who commits a crime and you do everybody an extreme disservice as you do so.
I implore you to take action against this woman! False accusations of rape are all too common and I don't know how long you have been the DA there but surely you will come across this problem many times to come.

I write to your Majesty on a matter of a serious nature that affects many thousands of children and families throughout the commonwealth and not least here in the United States of America!

Many Children are forcefully, but often wrongly separated from their parents as a result of ill informed Family Court Judgements, which are relevant too heavily on spurious reports from the Social Services.
The resulting disorder for that child and the family involved is most evident later when the child often neglected the supervision and guidance of a father is often found to be anti social and against the moral authority of schools and ultimately the police.

The social services to be prevented from reporting to court and for family doctors and indeed the schools to be called upon to report on the child’s welfare as they have a clearer insight and more intimate relationship then social workers who make random snap shot inspections, they should concentrate on Child Welfare rather then tote for business by contributing to the problems in the Family Court.

The time has come for a levelling of the playing field so a child has equal access to both parents’ and for those parents to exercise their obligations under their parental responsibilitie’s and state intervention to be encouraged to contribute to this end rather then perpetuate the problems as they do presently.

I hope Your Majesty is able to consider these proposals and pass that view on to President Obama and those who can make a difference to a child, a parent and our society as a whole.

Four men she called her rapists were.

Will she be widely named in the media? Their names were blasted everywhere.

Does she now face prison time?

The four young men accused of raping a Hofstra freshman faced 25 years in prison for a crime they did not commit.

So what now?

Shouldn't there be some consequences for falsely accusing someone of a terrible crime? Nassau District Attorney Kathleen Rice isn't rushing in that direction.

There are reasons, good reasons, for dealing sensitively with the victims of sex assault. But what should happen when the accuser lies?
If rape is one of the most horrible experiences imaginable, isn't being falsely accused of it close behind?

On Thursday, when she revealed her high-profile gang-rape prosecution had just fallen apart on her, DA Rice didn't seem in much hurry to address that side of the case. Asked by reporters if the accuser would be charged, she said only: "The investigation is continuing." Even then, Rice wouldn't say the accuser's name out loud.

Maybe in a couple of weeks, the district attorney added, she'll have more information - a whole lot longer than it took them to charge four young men with rape.
