A dad who shot dead a judge and a senior politician because they molested his three-year old daughter has become a national hero after going on the run in Lithuania.

Horrified Drasius Keyds, 37, gunned down the perverted pair on Monday after police turned a deaf ear to his pleas for justice for his tortured tot.

Now in hiding, Keyds has become a hero on YouTube and Facebook with hundreds of thousands of fans from all over the world pledging support.

"You are a hero to all of us," reads one Facebook message. "What you did is nothing but justice."

Mugs and t-shirts with his image on them have begun appearing alongside the logo "Drasius: Lone-avenger".

Keyds' nightmare began a year ago when daughter Deimantela told him about a meeting set up by his then fiancee with judge Jonas Furmanavicziusa and the Speaker of Lithuania's parliament , Andrius Us.

The pair allegedly raped and abused the youngster who reported her ordeal to her father.

But a year long campaign for a police investigation failed when detectives told Keyds there was not enough evidence to proceed with a case.

Now the fugitive dad is being offered a safe haven in neighbouring countries like Poland.

Unfortunately the claims of a 3 year old are often bizarre or misinterpreted.

3 year olds have a limited repertoire and are not aware of sexual matters at all unless someone is messing with them.. They are innocent children.. I did a little research on this, didnt realise it was an old story when I posted it.. Hard to know what to believe of course, but apparently the bloke was found dead..

One story tells of how he split with his ex, who was a part time prostitute and the clients of the ring of peedo's where high level politicians etc..

It is of course not unknown for some parents to teach their kids to make false allegations..

This is usually famously done by mothers..

The best protection for kids is their fathers, not the state.

And this is why justice is so important. Men must believe that outrages will be avenged. If they have reason not to believe this, then they will take matters into their own hands - without evidence, without due process. Did the men actually commit these dispicable crimes? We don't know. And the father didn't know, either. What role had the mother in telling her daughter what to say, I wonder? This judge and politician might, maybe, possibly in fact be innocent of any wrongdoing.

If the justice system had done its job, had collected evidence and tried the case in court openly and fairly, then this father would not have blood on his hands. Without justice, society collapses into private vengeance.
