Institutionalize Men's Issues

Men are being neglected and keep getting the short end of the stick with second class treatment in many situations.

Certain elite persons in the west put down males in general, but they cannot survive when the very foundation they depend on crumbles. This is a stark contrast to countries that treat men and women decently which have a firm foundation to build and thrive upon. Do you really think the current situation can exist forever? Of course not. It's like Ying and Yang. The civilized world rests in the Men therein. When the male portion crumbles, everything tumbles.

Look for example at America: Once the greatest nation on earth, with a pretty short national history is already having a hard time (economic slowdown, recession, humongous national debt and losing power). One of the core reasons for this is, because society and government has neglected the well being of men for so long and are now paying the price in spades. The same applies to all nations that neglect half of their population.

Men's issues are not yet institutionalized, while women's issues are. This makes a huge difference. It's the reason that men's issues are not getting proper attention and support.

This is why men's issues need to be institutionalized. This clear goal will even the playing field for men.

We demand a Ministry for Men, a commission on the status of men and men's health, because we need it a lot more than women after all the negligence of men's issues.

We also need to appoint a representative for men.

Men should never be treated as second class citizens. We are simply demanding equal treatment of men as equal citizens outlined in the constitution of any democracy, this is our right!

This is based on crusader's outline. It can apply to any democratic country in the world.

Ministry For Men

Constitution of democratic countries say, Every citizen is equal; there should not be any difference or partiality based on Gender, Color, Caste, Creed or Religion. If Indian women has National Governing body then why not Indian men.

Need for Ministry for men:
• Review the Constitutional and Legal safeguards for men ;
• Recommend remedial legislative measures ;
• Facilitate redresses of grievances and advice the Government on all policy matters affecting men.
• Stop other commissions and agencies from making biased laws against men.
• Empower men and his Family.

Governing Body:
1. The Central Government shall constitute a body to be known as Ministry for Men to exercise the powers conferred on and to perform the functions assigned to.
2. The Ministry shall consist of :
a. A secretary General, committed to the cause of men, Proposed by state ministry, Appointed by the President of India.
b. Secretary General should not from any political affiliation, who report directly to President of India.
c. Governing body of Ministry should consist of all States member Secretaries.
d. There should not be any Central Government intervention.
e. Ten Members to be nominated by the Governing Body from amongst persons of ability, integrity and standing who have had experience in law or legislation, trade unionism, management of an industry potential of men, men’s voluntary organizations ( including men activist), administration, economic development, health, education or social welfare;
f. a Member-Secretary to be nominated by the Governing body who shall be :-
1) an expert in the field of management, organizational structure or sociological movement, or
2) An officer who is a member of a civil service of the Union or of an all-India service or holds a civil post under the Union with appropriate experience.
3) Nomination should not be based on religion or color, it should be on merit

Mandate for Ministry:
1. The Ministry shall perform all or any of the following functions, namely:-
a. Investigate and examine all matters relating to the safeguards provided for men under the Constitution and other laws;
b. present to the Central Government, annually and at such other times as the Ministry may deem fit, reports upon the working of those safeguard;
c. make in such reports recommendations for the effective implementation of those safeguards for the improving the conditions of men by the Union or any state;
d. review, from time to time, the exiting provisions of the Constitution and other laws affecting men and recommend amendments thereto so as to suggest remedial legislative measures to meet any lacunae, inadequacies or shortcomings in such legislations;
e. take up cases of violation of the provisions of the Constitution and of other laws relating to men with the appropriate authorities;
f. look into complaints and take suo moto notice of matters relating to:-
1) Deprivation of men’s rights and issues;
2)non-implementation of laws enacted to provide protection to men and also to achieve the objective of equality and development;
3)non-compliance of policy decisions,guidelines or instructions aimed at mitigating hardships and ensuring welfare and providing relief to men, and stop men from committing suicide because of family problems and other socio economical issues;
g. call for special studies or investigations into specific problems or situations arising out of discrimination and atrocities against men and identify the constraints so as to recommend strategies for their removal;
h. undertake promotional and educational research so as to suggest ways of ensuring due representation of men in all spheres and identify factors responsible for impeding their advancement, such as, lack of access to housing and basic services, inadequate support services and technologies for reducing drudgery and occupational health hazards and for increasing their productivity;
i. participate and advice on the planning process of socio-economic development of men;
j. evaluate the progress of the development of men under the Union and any State;
k. inspect or cause to inspected a jail,remand home,men’s institution or other place of custody where men are kept as prisoners or otherwise and take up with the concerned authorities for remedial action, if found necessary;
l. fund litigation involving issues affecting a large body of men;
m. make periodical reports to the Government on any matter pertaining to men and in particular various difficulties under which men toil;
n. any other matter which may be referred to it by Central Government.

It was men who gave feminists all their power..

The paradox of feminism is that it is men who give them all their power..

Because men care more for women than they do for men..

We should be demanding removal of womens special ministries..

Well a lot of men of the old guard are like that, but in general it's also cause a lot of men simply don't voice their grievances and issues out in the public.

No one gets "rights" without someone else providing them..

Men provide the rights for women.. They are creating the problems we witness.. They provide these rights by ceding their own rights.. accepting slavery in effect, when the actually DONT NEED TO!!

Its like this..

Men work and create wealth and tax revenues..

They pay 50% of their earnings to the state, to provide "rights" which mostly go to either the whole population, or specifically to women in order to uphold their "rights".. How much goes to men specifically?

Bugger all!!

Now, in order to redress this using the state, you are going to have to up that 50%.. Lets say, to well, pick a number.. 50% + N%

Then you will find that much of "mens rights" clashes with "womens rights"..

Suddenly, that 50% + N% becomes even bigger..

Men would probably work less, incentives reduced, as they dont gain from work anymore, men do the real productive work in society, women do mostly "made up" work that is often state subsidised, practically everything to do with kids is subsidised by the state in some way..

The state would have to support TWO part time working parents, not just one..

By taking the decision making responsibilty off men and handing it to the state, men are more enslaved..

The feminist state will agree to the sort of demands (if they would ever consider them in the first place!) that agree with the feminists..

So, men would be neutered again..

I dont want equality. I want to head my family. Because the male headed family WORKS!!!! I dont want the state to tell me HOW i should run my family to their feminist friendly standards..

By getting the state out, such a natural order would return..

That's also possible, but this would be more straight forward.

It would be more agreable to the feminists for men to ask for such..

But men wont get it..

And if they do..

"Beware what you ask for, you may just get it and find out the cost of it later!!"

Men certainly dont make their grievances known, and for that, they are their own worst enemies, but even worse, by continually ENGAGING WITH THE SYSTEM THAT ABUSES THEM, they damned well validate it and prop it up at the same time as they moan about it!!

Men are incredibly selfish and greedy, from what I have seen, which is why men who have the ability to do anything about it, tend to take precisely ZERO interest, and actually in fact, massively support the feminazi state..

The mens issues are far more about CLASS WAR than gender war..

If demanding a ministry for men seems like a good idea, go for it, every avenue can be explored, it may get folk to start thinking..

You know it will be roundly laughed at though..

And most men give up when they get laughed at..

But I once had a donkey laugh at me..

DEPUTY Prime Minister Julia Gillard’s partner, Tim Mathieson, chucked a sickie yesterday, missing his first public appearance as a health ambassador…
Mr Mathieson’s credentials to fill an ambassador’s role are unclear, given he has no medical or health expertise.
Staff for Ms Gillard further confused the situation yesterday when they told The Australian Mr Mathieson had not been able to attend the event in Melbourne because he was busy selling hair care products in country Victoria. However, further inquires revealed Mr Mathieson no longer worked for the hair care product company.

HEALTH Minister Nicola Roxon has been asked to explain her ignorance of sacked men’s health ambassador Warwick Marsh’s attitudes to homosexuality after it was revealed she shared a podium with him four years ago at a forum where anti-gay views were aired.
Ms Roxon yesterday announced she had dumped the Fatherhood Foundation founder from the list of honorary men’s health ambassadors named on Tuesday after Mr Marsh failed to repudiate “extremely offensive comments” about gay people.

And we should elect more women to parliament..
