I don't think that there is a man amongst us that hasn't felt this way either now or in the past.
What I feel you need to do is get in with your mates, nothing like a few good nights out on the piss, talking man things.

One thing I learned before I met the missus, was the pub scene as far as picking up women is dead, I've had some pretty scary experiences.
Joining a club (not the party kind) could also give you something to do with your free time and help you meet new people, I met my missus through a First Aid course I had to do as a part of my Fire Service involvement.

Don't worry, there are decent women out there, you just have to look really hard these days, but they are there.

What's bothering me?
Just jotting a few things down quickly....sorry if it gets confusing...

Job: Why should I work hard, 6 days a week, 2 jobs....if it's going no where? I have my college degree. I was raised with the belief that if you are smart you will "succeed". Wrong. My ex makes more than me (and she's a high school grad), yet I'm being told that men make more money. I don't know whether to laugh or cry when I hear that.

Relationships: I have to pretend that women are the "monogomous" sex in order to have a relationship. Pretend...there's a good word to describe relationships. It goes beyond monogomy. To be in a relationship, you need to turn in your balls and become a fem. When you become fem is when they cheat because it goes against their sexual needs. A fem man is a good provider sure, but it's not a "sexy" thing (beware of any woman that tells you the opposite, she is a liar). They'll go out looking for a single masculine man (as opposed to your fem ass). They will try to get pregnant (conciously or subconciously) and bring home another man's baby (or another man's sperm at the very least). If you refuse to be fem, you get no relationship....instead you get a lot of women lined up for you to fuck them whom most likely have fem males at home waiting in a relationship...ready to serve them hand and foot. What depresses me is that there is no in between here, either you are or you aren't. I've done both. It's fun to have a lot of women sure, but it gets tiring not having one girl to devote your attention to. I tried the in between...lol what a disaster. These women that line up for you want one thing and lets be clear thats all they want.

Being Male: I'm not allowed to be a MAN. Thats opposed to being a BOY or a FEMININE man. Being a man means fighting back when you get FUCKED. It means standing up for what you believe in, standing up for your standards. There's a reason why prisons are filled up with real men....I'm not saying to be a criminal, but being a man is certainly criminal.

Example look here.....I can find 10 women that want a baby from me...as long as I'm not with them (relationship wise) and I pay child support on all 10 I'm in the clear in terms of law....but if I bring 10 women into my house, and I support them all just the same...I'm going to prison you better believe it. Basically, as long as I'm not in the house....I'm free to go. If I'm in the picture, fathering all of them....I'm as good as dead. I started working out again, went to the Gym Friday and Today I jogged and worked out at home. Feels good. I'm keeping myself preserved and healthy and "hot" as the women at work said 6 months ago right in front of me like I didn't exist. Did you see that latest video Manwomanmyth made on youtube about sexual harrassment. Well he left something out...that women not only do it differently as compared to men, but they also do it JUST THE SAME as the males that sexually harrass women. What do I say when they tell me I have a nice ass....at work? One woman there I heard was actually reprimanded for wearing too much revealing clothing....

Anyways....I'm losing this 30 lbs and I'm going back to my weight training. There are two 'girls' coming over tonight...lets see how that goes. I'm trying to be in a good mood and forget the fact that I'm very unhappy with the opposite sex.

I'm in good shape for a dude my age and I have been sexually harassed by young and old woman. They call me a freak or monster because of my views and for refusing to chase tail and lower myself to a skinny effete loser.

Good man! I find the best way of dealing with women is not to expect too much of them. That way, you less likely to end up dissapointed. And always have at least 2 or 3 on the boil at any time, because putting all your eggs in one basket is just fucking stupid when the very act of doing so triples the likelyhood of getting them all smashed..

A whole man to themselves is more than most women can deal with!

Yep, obviously it's not the complete answer, but I can attest to the positivity-inducing benefits of working out and eating (reasonably) healthily, and everything good that can emanate from commanding an optimistic outlook.
