    I like all deep fried potatoe products personally. But I like mandolin-shredding potatoes and deep-frying them and loading them up with vinager and oil and dumping an unhealthy amount of salt and pepper on them.

    I personally hate deep-fried anything, I bake my chips in the oven.
    Personally I am a big fan of spicy wedges, baked and served with chilli sauce and sour cream.
