Cream cheese.

Toss it in the 'nuker' in a bowl for 25-30 seconds.

You can season it to taste. WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

It's not unheard of to use such things as BBQ sauce, taco seasoning, chili powder, jelly, jam, brown sugar, jalapeno and jalapeno juice, the list goes on.

You can then spread on things, roll it up in soft shell tortillas, spoon it out of the bowl if you want.

I'll let you piddle around with the idea and tell me what you think.

I actually put cream cheese in my award winning chili! OK, so it was only an award from the local VFW, but it still won!

'Nother trick I use; I cook the beef/pork/lamb meats in a cup of 101 Wild Turkey. Nasty to drink, but damn good for chilis and bbq sauces etc.

Hey, an award is an award. Our vets would be the best of critics. Short of Texans. (*snicker)

Never hurts to cook meat in booze. I like both. The 'kickin chickin' is a new one for me though.

Irreguardless of what Oprah and her 99% fat free brigade of slimmers tell you.
Mind you, they are probably so indoctrinated that they eat the books from her Club every month.
