Favourite Cheese?
Folks,
Everyone has their favourite and least favourite types of cheese.
Personally, I love a good bit of Blue Vein, it's the sort of cheese you either love to bits or would run a mile to get away from.
On the down side of things, one sort of cheese I cannot stand is Tasty cheese you buy in the supermarket here, far TOO salty for my liking.
Your preferences please?
Cheers,
Mike.

Hmm, I can't say as I have a specific preference, I enjoy all cheeses, but my digestive system doesn't always agree.

Re: Favourite Cheese?
I was never a cheese person. Within the past couple of years I started trying some though. I don't like what many consider 'proper' cheeses. If it has any blue or green it's not for me. I like the softer and sweeter ones, like brie.

I'm a swiss and muenster cheese fan. I love cheese. I'll do cheese and crackers sometimes for a week for lunch.
I also like New York hard chedder. It's a white cheese with a bit of a bite to it.
MMMMMM....cheese.
