Quote from RebelliousVanilla Just for calculation. In the US there are 150 000 000 women. If 1 in 4 is true, then 37.5 million women got raped. Which is bogus. By the way, in that study that Koss made, only one quarter of the women Koss claims to have been raped, said they got raped. That means 6%, not 25%. Another thing, by the questions that Koss asked, I would have been in the rape statistics because I had sex with a man after he bought me booze. This isn't rape. I mean, sure, if the woman passes out, it is. But if she consents or actively participates, it isn't rape. Hence why most women who replied yes to any of the made up characteristics of rape of Koss didn't feel like they are rape victims. "Have you given in to sex play (fondling, kissing, or petting, but not intercourse) when you didn't want to because you were overwhelmed by a man's continual arguments and pressure?" So if a woman insists on her husband buying something, it is theft? No offense, no means no, but yes means yes. 42% of the women who got "raped" later had sex with their "attacker". Anyone who saw or has been a victim of rape knows this is impossible. Unless of course, they didn't get raped. I can go on. Anyway, I took statistics in school and her study has systemic flaws, which usually come when the statistician wants to get to some results. The above, by RV, needs some special attention. Using feminist logic, many women are theives. Men - How many of you have given in to 'nagging' (verbal pressure) because you were overwhelmed by a woman's continual arguments & pressures? If you answer 'yes' - the woman you bought something for IS a theif - according to feminist mentality.

From a feminist, no less! Yes, it's true. It reads: From: Name-Deleted Subject: This is a nice email! Message: Hey there, I was reading your quesiton about the email you got about the rabid fem. It pains me to do it, but on behalf of my entire gender, I will apologize. Women like this, who LOOK for discrimination and are GLEEFUL when they find it, are the same women who will whine when you don't hold the door, and would recoil in horror if a homeless woman approached them for help. Rest assured, I am not one of these women, and although I agree that in other countries and cultures there is discrimination against women, I am not going to shriek from a soapbox about how my feelings were hurt because someone told me to 'man up'. Good God please help these women dwell in reality. BTW-generally, I think most of your observations are right on! Thanks for your perspective! Name-Deleted I deleted her name to save her any goading and shaming from her feminist sisters. We've seen before how feminists rely on shaming techniques when a sistah does something they disagree with (such as, be nice to blokes). The question she referred to was this one: Why do feminists seem to....?
And here is more demonstration that feminists are not a bunch of women with superiority complexes... Yeah, right! Located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/dir/;_ylt=A...&sid=396545307
According to two feminists, only men can be KKK - is this normal amongst feminist thought? Did these feminists not hear of the WKKK or realise that there were women in powerful positions of the KKK too? Is this just a blame game, trying to pretend only men can be racist? Is this what feminism teaches our youth - that men make up KKK and they 'forget' to include women's involvement? This seems typical of feminism - when women are involved in something bad, they 'forget' to include any mention of it, but if women are involved in something great, they shine a big spot light on it. Apparently, feminism isn't anti-male, yet feminism sure has a peculiar way of portraying both genders which *seems* to indicate a good level of misandry. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...9184323AAZ8b0e "Yeah, definitely the KKK. The Ku Klux Klan are all male, and proud of it." "The KKK has marches through my city every few years, and their chanting certainly sounds all male..." Why the distortion of reality?
