..Fathers it would seem are still it’s anchor

I should hope few men alive around 1940-1950 would disagree there was a time when women decreed ‘was their right to change their mind – ‘tis the feminine prerogative (goodness there is true power and control). At that time and going forward women bitterly complained that men saw them as objects who should never get fat.
Around 1960-1970 there was a concept called tender years, it was but a belief, but a belief widely held. Tender years held that to young children only the mother was important and the one best trained. To Fathers and men this flew in the face of their manly thoughts, intuition and beliefs, Fathers and men have been nurtures for eons, and yet, tender years was the reason to award to mothers custody of children, child support funding and alimony.
It was about this time that men of good sense began the call for peer reviewed empirical evidence. Evidence gathered following the Scientific method of O’ HEC (Observation, Hypothesis, Experiment and Conclusion). Our intuition served us well there was no peer reviewed empirical research to support the claim of tender years. The oft cited claims that Father did not matter was slowly put to rest. It is worthy to note though that even in 2011 there are those who attempt to assert tender years or words to that similar.
It is also worthy to note that good men of sense began to mention that rhetoric was a statement that begged an answer, but diatribe was bitter criticism: a bitter verbal or written attack on somebody or something, and although for a few decades or so, even to this day by a few, rhetoric and the political process were assumed to be true.
Roughly for construction’s sake let us allow that the 1980’s brought to us the wide held belief of repressed dreams of father abuse, and certain and true it was oft times said all fathers were abusers and mean. It was about this time that some tried to re-introduce the word misandry, misogyny was widely declared, but few seemed to know that the word misandry existed. God bless the OED who had not dropped the word at that point.. Incest is incest and has too existed for eons, not condoned by many and shunned by the rest, the guilt of a few through repressed dreams was used to tarnish the many fathers and men. Too widely used to resist scrutiny, and so widely used that instances it was not to be believed, we discovered that when one induces dream like states and repeat with frequency the same questions one can implant a thought or suspicion. When tragedy strikes or some abhorrent events happens there are those who repress their conscious memories, but repressed dreams in this sense was being used to chastise an entire sex. That my friends for the time that it lasted was true power and control.
With all men painted bad because of their dad through the use of the repressed dream scheme, it was easy to see that Fathers who ruled their house and caused there to be order must be guilty of power and control. In Framington, Massachusetts, social scientists decide to profile the atrocities committed by eight felons against their intimate partners, one had killed her husband the others their lesbian lovers. From those profiles grew Power and Control and the infamous Domestic Abuse, the calls against stalking and the need for PPOs and ROs and such. Victor Smith, in America decried the Power and Control concept and on national TV identified the Framington Eight. Ken Canfield, Sanford Braver, Wade Horn and a host of good sense men, and a few women as well, following their intuition sought to establish the peer reviewed evidence to dispel tender years and did. With studies I hand efforts were made to educate legislators, teachers, Holy Men and the general public. The Power and Control Wheel women over men, was established and distributed without much success. The studies on the criticality of men to their children’s development continued to mount. With tender years, and the damage of repressed dreams and power and control women were at the same time complaining of a glass ceiling. If men of good sense and strong intuition needed more proof, none less than the union shop, where one is paid according to classification and seniority, was evidence that the glass ceiling machination was not entirely true.

Even whilst building a supposed data base, the National Center for Fathers and Families, first staffed only by females, while yielding to multi disciplinary approach and the studies of men, cite Judith Wallerstein to become an advocate for mothers, even though Wallerstein was refuted by twenty-eight scholars.
