Skewing justice sideways seems to be the way it's all going. Omnidox wonders how this will affect those women that falsely charge Fathers and use children as gambling tools just to increase their child support and deny access.
Lying in court is a standard weapon they use against Fathers, this adjustment ofcourse is just to ensure that Fathers are maligned and women can continue on their merry, money grubbing pursuits, nothing else..
This law should be used by Fathers to test the water and demand that the privileged princesses face equal opportunity at law instead of scamming the system just for it's own benefit.

If only such 'laws' would stop women harassing and controlling
(ex-)partners in the courts (eg AVOs in Local Courts).
However, the contrary is true, with other laws encouraging and facilitating
women to attack men via false allegations in the courts.
The changes would appear to provide for communist Russian style control and
'disappearance' via "psychiatric treatment".

New laws to stop pests in the courts
By Lisa Carty
State cabinet has approved new laws making it easier for judges to ban
vexatious litigants from the legal system.
The move is designed to stop pests from harassing people in the courts.
Attorney-General John Hatzistergos said he was determined to stop people
from abusing the court system as a way of "victimising others with
unmeritorious legal suits".
"Courts are there to administer justice and help people to resolve their
disputes," Mr Hatzistergos said.
"They are not there for people to misuse by harassing, intimidating or
embarrassing other people."
NSW requires that a person must have "habitually and persistently"
instituted or conducted vexatious proceedings before the court can make an
order prohibiting the person to institute proceedings, Mr Hatzistergos said.
"The change means people can be declared vexatious litigants if a judge
decides they have used the system 'frequently' ," he said.
"If people abuse the system we need to make it easier for judges to banish
them from court rooms, freeing up the justice system and protecting the
good citizens of this state."
Mr Hatzistergos said he felt great sympathy for innocent people targeted in
hopeless legal cases.
Some court abusers had brought more than 100 cases each and cost their
unwitting opponents millions of dollars in legal costs.
The new law will enable anyone who feels they have been the victim of
someone misusing the courts to apply to have them declared a vexatious
litigant.
The Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court and Industrial Relations
Commission will also be able to make vexatious litigant orders against
people starting proceedings in their jurisdictions.
Some vexatious litigants might need psychiatric treatment, Mr Hatzistergos
said, and courts might make referrals to medical experts.
NSW Law Society senior vice-president Joe Catanzariti applauded the move
and said it was a good reform because vexatious litigants clogged the court
system, causing unnecessary stress and expense.
"This is a very good reform because the current process to declare someone
a vexatious litigant is quite difficult," Mr Catanzariti said.
Thirteen NSW residents have been declared vexatious litigants under the
existing law.
