Below you will find a press release and a list of media contacts regarding the ongoing struggle to help Vladek Filler finally receive justice, and, just as importantly push for prosecutor Mary Kellett to finally receive her justice as well.

Supporters of AVfM have heard about this case for a long time and have done much to help further this cause by sending emails to officials and members of the media, making phone calls to key persons and by helping to distribute press releases across the internet. I can tell you on behalf of the concerned parties that they are very grateful for your support and persistence.

The case has come a long way with many positive results. The pending actions against Kellett are outlined in the current press release and Mr. Filler has been acquitted of the false rape charge against him.

But we must remember that he is still fighting for his freedom and for the wellbeing of his children. He was convicted, just as unjustly ...

WASHINGTON (AVfM) Yesterday, September 28th, Vice President Joseph Biden appeared on “The View” a popular daytime television show to talk about violence perpetrated against young women aged between 18 and 30. Biden, champion of the Violence Against Women Act which passed in 1994 which is currently past due for renewal, predictably spoke of all types of intimate partner violence as a gender specific crime with men being the sole perpetrators and women being the sole victims. He even invoked the memory of his father who he quoted as saying “you should never ever raise your hand to a woman in anger” and then went on to tell viewers that violence against women and victim blaming was a norm in our society.

Woopie Goldburg, moderator on the show and a popular entertainer known for her role in the 1985 film “The Color Purple” in which she portrayed a victim of domestic violence, interjected abruptly during Biden’s diatribe stating: “And will you just also remind people, ...

    Franklin County, Illinois.

On Monday of last week Shannon Wilfong, 32, of Franklin County, Illinois pleaded guilty in Franklin County court to five misdemeanors, including obstructing a peace officer. Wilfong was sentenced to $1,500 in fines and 30 days in jail — a judge credited her with time she already has served — on that count and fines of $100 on each of four counts of unlawful interference with child visitation.

She had forced her now nine year old son, Richard, to live in a crawl space 5’ high and 12’ long and allowed him minimal time outside of the space – only when visitors were not present. He was deprived of natural sunlight and medical attention, school, friends and his father.

Wilfong’s motivation for the crime was the fear of losing her son in a custody dispute with the boy’s father, 52 year old Michael Chekevdia. Interestingly, the plea deals came with the blessings of Chekevdia who said that he had strongly suspected ...

It is time, past time actually, to give you good people an update on register-her.com. And the news is that the site is already exceeding expectations for early performance.

The new web portal, while still awaiting some minor aesthetic changes, is fully functional. Users may now go to the site, enter information on a known false accuser, or other female criminal, add a photo and an information source and submit it for approval.

Our press release is finished and will be going out on Tuesday, provided there is no media consuming event in progress. That should help with promoting the site, especially if some robust news outlet does a story on it. Knock on wood, folks.

On the other front, the actual promise of the website is already being realized. It was our intent from the beginning that we would create a service for falsely accused men, allowing them to target their accusers for public exposure. With that being the primary goal, consider the following:

A google search on Andrea Davio-Michaud, who was placed on the registry for a false accusation of rape, returned her listing at the very top of search results. The same is true for Liselle Ellis, false rape accuser. The pattern repeats itself as many of the women listed on the registry come in at or near the ...

Stories covering the financial and emotional plight of non-custodial parents, the overwhelming majority being fathers, are rare in the mainstream media. Usually non-custodial parents who, for whatever reason, fail to pay court ordered child support are derided and humiliated in the press and called “deadbeats” often making them scapegoats for the irresponsible decisions of the other parent. Judges and legislators often chime in along with women’s advocacy groups demonizing disenfranchised fathers who have had their rights taken away as parents and their money and freedom taken away forcibly.

Recently, however, a small but growing number of voices in the mainstream media have started to pay attention to the circumstances of non-custodial parents and in some cases openly criticize the child support system.

Early last month several news outlets covered a police operation in Alabama named “Operation Iron Snare.” It was widely criticized by many of those reporting ...

Late last night, September 8th, Stop Abusive and Violent Environments issued a press release heavily criticizing photographer Tyler Shields’ latest work entitled “Love is forever (sorry)” posted on his website tylershields.com. earlier that day. Captions to his photos read: “You can’t run and you can’t hide Love will always find you when you least expect it…” And “Love is chaotic it doesn’t make any sense and if its not done right it can kill you… Ever been in love?” Featured photos include actress Heather Morris and another male modal engaging in domestic violence.

In their press release S.A.V.E. stated:

“A black-eyed Morris, dressed as Barbie, stares seductively into the camera, and later merrily presses a hot iron to her partner’s crotch. The photo depicts a getting-what-he-deserves storyline that reinforces serious misconceptions about domestic violence. Men are stereotyped as abusers, and Barbie supposedly strikes a ...

I have been saying for a long time that feminists will work against women with their ever increasing lists of demands but let's add that other furphy (b...s...) as well "Women get paid 72 cents in the dollar, blah, blah", I am certain you have heard that one too..

But here we go. You are an employee that employs a female on the condition that you allow, no, are forced by a government induced law, to pay her for one year off on maternity leave. Which basically means you have to employ two females in reality which means that women actually receive $1.44 for every dollar a man makes if you get my drift. That's how future employers will assess the situation. So, why employ a female at all is now the question. Any female from 16-44 years of age would be included..

Anyway apart from all that, do you honesty believe that feminism actually helps anyone..

“I avoid hiring women of childbearing age at all costs,” states Sylvia Tidy-Harris ...
