There are a of of forces at work that will try to minimize the sanctions against Kellett. The most powerful force will be the DA's office and the court system since any action of disbarment or a criminal proceeding will open Pandora's box and let any man convicted of a crime another chance at exoneration. I am all for her past cases, especially rape cases , to be reopened and have the men convicted given another chance at proving their innocence. The fact that such a female Witch Hunter gained so much power and clout in the courts needs to examined thoroughly.

Frankly, I hope the woman goes down in flames and is criminally sanctioned. I won't bet on the outcome, but the pressure needs to be kept up to make sure the DA's office and court system know that we are watching and will not tolerate anything less than a full disclosure of Kellett's crimes. We need to keep the pressure up to ensure transparency and all applicable laws are used in taking this sorry excuse for a Prosecutor out of power for ever.
