Impressions of a small German town...
Well I´ll admit it. I was kind of jealous when I saw pics especially of NZ or England here and thought your place could never compare with them. Than our little one was born and I did things again that I normally didn´t do that often. Leaving the house and going for a walk (now with my whole little family). What I saw was an astoning amount of green (which I forgot there was). So the next day I took my camera and here are the results.

There are a lot of carcass houses in my town.

The old post office. Monument conservations forbid to tear them down.

My favorite pub. It is really small in there but very comfy

An old restored saline. (to produce salt from well saltwater)

The view from my living room. Already a lot of green. Do you notice the useless stuff on the windowsill and the stickers on my windows? Clear evidence that a female is living here
. I am not sure what it is with my wife and candles and lamps etc. Disclaimer:The men's and fathers' movement needs to make sure it never sees females as the enemy, but only misandry--whether from females or from males. If not, we'll become like the bigoted feminists that this movement was formed to oppose.Glenn Sacks

These are great photos. It sure is green!

What a lovely place to live.
What is the population of this town? Doesn't seem to be lots of people on the roads.

Re: Impressions of a small German town...
Town isn´t the right word I guess its a small city with 20,000 citizens. It was arround six o clock and 32°C (90°F) on a Saturday. It was muggy (it seemed to rain soon) and all stores were already closed. That explains the lack of people. It is indeed nice to live here. We aren´t that big but luckily aren´t too small.
Oh it didn´t rain and on 5 o clock in the morning it was already 32 degrees. It has to rain soon because we die here. I life under the roof in an old house which really heats up during such hot days. Hope its going to rain soon.Disclaimer:The men's and fathers' movement needs to make sure it never sees females as the enemy, but only misandry--whether from females or from males. If not, we'll become like the bigoted feminists that this movement was formed to oppose.Glenn Sacks

That looks like a nice pleasant area. It's amazing how we get so engrossed in trivial shit, like rushing around to work & back, that we learn to filter out all the natural beauty around us.

Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."
