Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

Re: We're back online
Full marks for the effort Karl. I'll have a little poke around the new decor.

Re: We're back online
I hope you didn't feel rushed into doing this after I threw my little temper tantrum. Sorry about my excessive touchiness.

Re: We're back online
It looks quite neat and tidy Karl.
Small hiccup - I accessed via the email. I had to 'login', which I did.
I went to Fidel's thread about the MRm! 3rd issue (which I had just read all the way through) to append a congrats ----- and found I had to login again before I could send a reply.
And that done, I cannot seem to find how to access the last 24 hours posts.

Like the look of it Marx. Great job! I know the pain of upgrading (having recently upgraded NiceGuy's forum). What a relief it must be to have it all done!

Re: We're back online
Marx, if you click on new posts, the posts that have a flag attached don't have the title displayed. :P
Anyway, I liked the video that was on when the site was off-line, even though it was inaccurate. I know of a woman who died in WW1 for my country and got the highest military achievement medal. And well, died after that.Last edited by RebelliousVanilla; 27th-March-2010 at 01:17 PM.

Re: We're back online
Very nice Marx. Bravo for your abilities.
I have notice there is no title on the threads with flags, also. Other than that, I might find something to report later.

Re: We're back online
The search function is worse than the one before.
When I click on to see my posts, I get only four pages of randomly selected posts I made that aren't ordered in any way.

Re: We're back online
What do you click for 'today's posts'?
I want to read what I haven't read but when I click 'what's new', I only see posts that were new after I made a comment or read a post.Ignorance is the Oppressor, Vigilance the Liberator.

Re: We're back online
Yes, it's erratic. Previously when I clicked 'find all posts' my posts would be arranged in ascending order, with the newest first. Maybe this is something that can be modified in the near future. Members will have to bear with us as problems are resolved in good time.
I think it's 'new posts' in top left-hand corner.Last edited by Celtic Druid; 27th-March-2010 at 04:21 PM.

Something which I've observed, is that YouTube videos are no longer automatically embedded when you post their URLs. Instead, you have to click on the 'Insert Video' button and paste the URL in to the form which pops up.

Hmmm, problems will be resolved slowly - please use the 'bugs' forum to note them.

Re: We're back online
"You people" what do you mean by that? Are you stereotyping us admins? We're so offended!
LOL. That overused politically divisive cliche of "you people" just got me chuckling (reminiscing on some personal and political experiences). After that I was thrown forth into the realization of real world problems contrasting with politically correct and ideologically driven fairy tales.
