George Sodini, 48, a systems analyst at a law firm, killed three women and wounded nine before shooting himself dead on Tuesday night after firing up to 52 shots at the LA Fitness Centre in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
In a blog registered in his name, Sodini described himself as a “total malfunction” who did not get a second look from women. “No girlfriend since 1984, last Christmas with Pam was in 1983. Who knows why. I am not ugly or too weird,” Sodini wrote on his website on Christmas Eve.
“No sex since July 1990 either (I was 29). No shit! Over eighteen years ago. And did it maybe only 50-75 times in my life.” On December 29, he added: “I actually look good. I dress good, am clean-shaven, bathe, touch of cologne — yet 30 million women rejected me — over an 18 or 25-year period. That is how I see it. Thirty million is my rough guesstimate of how many desirable single women there are.

Witnesses said that Sodini turned off the lights at the evening “Latin Impact” dance aerobics class in a back room at the gym before opening fire.
“We were having our Latin dance class. We were about ten minutes into class. There were about 30 people,” a survivor identified as Nicole told the local WTAE television station.
“There was a middle-aged white male who walked into class. He had a big gym bag. He looked out of place in the class of all women,” she said.
“He put his bag down. We continued dancing. The next thing you know, the lights go off. Our instructor turned around to go back and turn the lights back on. Next thing you know, he just opened fire. People were everywhere, screaming. It was horrible.”
Among the wounded was the dance instructor, who had just told the class that she was pregnant. She was shot in the shoulder. Five of the injured had multiple gunshot wounds. Ron Fleeher told WTAE that the gunman held down his niece before shooting her. “My niece said a couple bullets went past her head and he leant down, straddled her and shot her in the shoulder,” Mr Fleeher said.
The three women who died were identified as Heidi Overmier, 46, Elizabeth Gannon, 49, and Jody Billingsley, 38. Police recovered at least two guns at the scene registerd to Sodini.
Sodini’s blog suggests that he first contemplated the shooting last summer, but “chickened out” during an attempt on January 6. “I brought the loaded guns, everything. Hell!” he wrote. The website says that Sodini survived two rounds of layoffs at the K&L Gates law firm, and later received a promotion and pay rise “even in this shitty Obama economy”.
After joining the gym he wrote: “My anger and rage is largely gone since I began lifting weights. The biggest problem of all is not having relationships or friends, but not being able to achieve and acquire what I desire in those or many other areas,” a blog entry dated on Sunday said.
“Everything stays the same regardless of the effort I put in. If I had control over my life then I would be happier. But for about the past 30 years, I have not.”

stock up on ammo, learn the art of being a reloader, and buy you a revolver, a shotgun, a high powered rifle that fires something equivilant to a .308, and an "assault weapon" that fires 7.62's

The Title of the thread, taken from the article, is MISANDRY.

This chap was not 'sex-starved'. He felt completely demoralised and rejected. He was in pain. He was irrational and ultimately sociopathic.

It has nothing to do with being 'sex-starved'. There is no such thing. That is just gratuitously denigrating a man.
