    Question Can we help "Jenny?"

This week I delivered my sons birthday card to his school in the hope he may see it before his mother gets the chance to tare it
up, even with a court order in place I have not seen my children since September 2007!
In the same week of that year my Sister in law was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I thought it cruel that she was told this as
I felt if hope is all you have left then it could be a strength. My wife and I took her to hospital yesterday to have a number of toe
nails removed, one of the many side effects of this terrible disease, but when she struggled to get there (put off by Swine Flu scare) she was just about to go ahead when it was realised she had not stopped her blood clotting drugs and if they had gone ahead she may have bleed to death! Lucky it was my wife that realised, as memory loss is yet another side effect. Why is cancer care such crap in the UK, or was the original diagnosis a sign to give up?

    I waited in the Car and read an available newspaper it was last Saturday's (11th July) Daily Mail and took note of John Ware's Saturday Essay;
Yes, family breakdown IS behind broken Britain: Top judge says it is national tragedy and attacks BBC for suppressing debate | Mail Online
which will be accompanied by a documentary this Thursday 16th at 11.20 pm on BBC2.

I noticed the title as I too had written in the past that "Family Law was a Taboo at the BBC!" to try and gage a reaction on the now defunct Woman's Hour messageboard, and whilst I was 'Spammed' off 30 times, I did persevere for most of last year! Hypocritically I put the same theme on the Daily Mail newsboard but again found this insoluble for them and though it is still assessable, I have been banned with the only explanation that "I raised the baby 'P' case too often!"
BBC increasingly utilising selective truth over big stories | Mail Online
I regard the workings of Family Courts as a sort of Jekyll and Hyde experience as the court puts on the pretence of a calm, reasoned and trustworthy place whilst the Social Workers are out dishing up all they can to present a report that they are 'expected' to present to court! Truth and accuracy matters not as there is no accountability in these secret sessions so the judge is fooled into giving blind judgements with no chance of re-examination!
Such reckless behavior lets down vulnerable children at their most crucial part of life, the short span that is 'Childhood' and it is the authorities that are abusing their trust and ultimately abusing the children they claim 'to have the best interest of!' By the time they reach early teens their human rights outweigh parental responsibility the parents are pushed to one side, whilst the children are not yet mature enough to understand the ramifications of their new found freedom. Shadow Home Secertary Chris Grayling is in cloud Cookoo land if he thinks confiscating a bike or mobile phone will do it. ( you can get a freshly nicked one for a fiver down the pub to pay for the sellers next fix) My 16 year old step daughter will stand testimony that sex, drugs and rock & roll don't come into it, with the media and peer pressures these kids have to deal with today!
I want to come home mummy: Aged five, 'Jenny' was torn from her parents by social workers after an RSPCA raid. Now a court says she must be adopted... | Mail Online
" I want to come home mummy!"
I wonder how many other young children have cried out to the deaf ears of social services who when reporting to family law cases act like Gestapo or Starzia when it comes to truth and resolution to a family matter and once entrenched into a system it becomes irreversible the shroud of secrecy protects the inadequacies of the incompetent social worker and it is very unlikely that one judge will call into question an others judgement at appeal! Why should they who do they have to answer to but them selves? and where as the family GP or school ,who have intimate knowledge of a child, are not permitted to testify the misjudgements once again are caused by Jekyll and Hyde and if there is a risk of their wrong doings being breached they cry it has to be secret in the child's best interest!
Even Justice secertary Jack Straw was told Judges would not allow 'open court' as it breached secrecy law but all they had to do is identify the case as Child A child B or Family XYZ or even put a serial number on the court order that the press and public may refer when they scrutinise a case. Last year Lord Justice Ward said in The Times judges were powerless to enforce these laws at times it seems it matters the most!
How much Blood has Ed Balls got to get on his hands before the much lauded reform of social services comes into place(In the wake of Baby 'P') all he has done is given funds to Councils in order to recruit more incompetent social workers who should not be in the Family Court system (CAFCASS should be disbanded) and more senior social workers retrained to prevent further Baby Peter, Victoria Climbe, Khyra Ishaq and more recently Demi leigh Mahon tragedies. Don't forget the solicitors and Barristers running off with the legal aid funds rather then do what is right for a child!!
For those of you who have not encountered the Family Law Court System: imagine your world with your partner, 2.4 children pet dog and Volvo car is with in one of those fairground machines that have a crane that shovels sweets or toys to a draw for you to open, in your case everything but you is lifted out and taken away and whilst you can see them leaving there is nothing you can do and the crane never returns to take you out!!

the femiit system donates a mans children to his ex so as to be hostages for her to his fate; this is an evil institution which has had a run for a while and for as long as the feminits run the country it will only get worse - sorry to say

The most offensive thing you can do to a feminist is treat her with FULL equality.
Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."
