About Us

MensNet has a goal: to raise the consciousness of today's men:

  • They need not feel guilty about past gender roles.
  • They must address the "feminization of America."
  • Women copying men's faults is the great feminine mistake.
  • Traditional roles were worse for men than women.
  • The high divorce rate is a symptom of the problem.
  • People should be proud of their biological differences.
  • Today's progressive man has been conned by feminism.
  • There is a war against our schoolboys as well.
  • The women's movement is hypocritical.
  • Fathers in divorce are the "disposable parent."

And, the longest war, the battle of the sexes, is easily being won by feminists, because only they have showed up.

Tony Nazzaro has been a vocal presence in the "Men's Movement" for over 10 years and has made dozens of appearances on nationwide television talk shows. Tony said, "I started the MensNet TV program in May 1999 because I felt there was a very strong need for men to discuss gender issues."

An avid editorialist on men's issues, Tony has been quoted in articles and on news programs from as far away as China. "Upon returning from the Army after two years [as a volunteer] in Vietnam," Tony said, "I realized something was wrong with our society. The difference from 1968 to 1970 with the women's movement and the sexual revolution seemed like day and night, especially if you had a problem with those changes." Married in 1975, he and his ex-wife had three daughters before they divorced in 1995.

Tony joined the Men's Movement in 1987 as part of the National Organization for Men. The following year, he joined the National Center for Men, rising to the position of Deputy Director. After leaving the NCM, Tony went back to the NOM for a year as the Membership Director. Tony split off from both organizations, forming the Men's Action Network (MAN) in 1995. Though the MAN still exists organizationally, Tony felt a greater need to take his views to the TV screen. Entire media and seminar experience.

Roy Barreca, co-host and producer, started as a men's activist in 1990 when he assumed the role of Public Relations Director for the National Center for Men. Roy has discussed men's rights and gender clashes on such television shows as Donahue, Sally Jessy Raphael, Jerry Springer, The Maury Povich Show and Nine Broadcast Plaza with Matt Lauer, along with many others. Read Roy's biography.

Re: MensNet - men's rights TV show

Excellent. But their shows are not on youtube and they don't have any digital storage of the episodes on their site. They need to add that and the Banner in the top of their site is kinda cheesy with all the male gender symbols.

~ A man needs a woman like a lion needs a stove. ~

~ Women deserve only equal opportunity, not equal outcomes. ~

~ Men are not collectively "guilty" of anything. ~

~ Never needing to be pregnant is a blessing. ~

~ Feminist ideology “men have to respect women, but women have no reason to respect men” ~

~ Everybody makes choices, and nobody should be entitled to special treatment because of those choices.
Equal results based on unequal treatment amounts to no kind of equality at all. ~

Re: MensNet - men's rights TV show

I am undecided whether or not those guys are pro-male or just something else. I have seen this before and was conflicted back then..

George does have some good points about the feminist hypocritically attitude towards men only schools where as they promote women only schools..

Typical sexist feminist attitude.

I'm going e-mail them later today and suggest that they set up a channel on YouTube, and upload old episodes of MensNet to it.

Re: MensNet - men's rights TV show

Last night, I began drafting an e-mail to MensNet, asking them to upload episodes of the show to YouTube. I planned to finish writing the e-mail today, however whilst searching for MRA videos on YouTube, I discovered a few minutes ago that there already is a MensNet YouTube channel: http://uk.youtube.com/profile?user=mensnettv

According to the profile information, the MensNet channel was launched just seven days ago.

I encourage everyone here who has a YouTube profile to subscribe to their channel, and to also post comments on their videos - doing so will likely encourage the MensNet team to upload more episodes from their archives.

Here are a few of the videos from the channel:

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.

Re: MensNet - men's rights TV show

Elder George, although perhaps having some good points, really needs to chill out and lose the mouth a bit.

EG: "Wahhhhh - I didn't say that..."
Other: "uhmmm - ok, but you did say..."
EG: "STFU BITCH!!!! I SAID BLAH BLAH BLAHHHH!"

Out of the gloom a voice spake unto me. 'Smile and be happy, Things could get worse."
So I smiled and was happy, and behold... Things did get worse.

Exactly Karl, it's been my experience if you descend into shouting and profanity, no matter how well constructed your argument may be - it ultimately get's lost in the furore, and all people remember is that "some angry guy was shouting about something."
