Men's Rights Books for Manginas, book present

What are the best Men's Rights books for manginas and ignorant people?

I'm thinking about giving a book as a birthday present to enlighten a mangina. This can be effective to cure mangina-ism, ignorance, feminist indoctrination and improve MR as well.

The men's and fathers' movement needs to make sure it never sees females as the enemy,
but only misandry--whether from females or from males.
If not, we'll become like the bigoted feminists that this movement was formed to oppose.

    That's a great book, obviously.

A good recent one is "Save the Males" by American journalist Kathleen Parker. Coming from a woman, a mangina might give it more credibility -- because, as we know, they're like that.

There's always the more strident "Rantings of a Single Male" by Thomas Ellis, yet for all of its fun material, I actually think it's a more enlightening read for women rather than feminist men (a feminist man won't see it as an opportunity to see a male perspective, like at least some women would, and will instead be more inclined to dismiss it), and it's also limited by its lack of any real focus on the impact of divorce and family law on what has happened -- because Ellis never experienced that himself.

Haahoo is right "The Woman Racket" by Steve Moxon is the best starting point for any one entering the men's movement.

Warren Farrel is a former feminist dupe, who spent decades hurting men before he opened his eyes to the facts in front of him. We can't afford to be led by men who are surrounded by (and take part in) evil for decades to only finally come around to tentitively stepping back from a few ideas that they formerly embraced as gospel.

We need books that will break manginas "cold turkey" from their former lives as usefless idiots, not excuse them for their stupidity and make them feel better about how they rationalized "hating men" into a science or religion.

The most offensive thing you can do to a feminist is treat her with FULL equality.
Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

The book should be kind of mild so the mangina doesn't get shocked. They probably can't handle a tough book. Maybe it should not look like a MR book at first glance.

I guess The Myth of Male Power is pretty good for starters.

Re: Men's Rights Books for Manginas, book present

Cumberland House Publishing is being sold, and unless action is taken soon, Taken Into Custody will go out of print. This is serious for two reasons: First copies will no longer be available. Second, if this book does not succeed, no other book on the abuses of family court and the divorce industry will be published for a very long time. Publishers make decisions based on what sells. If you want your own book published, please help with the success of this one.

This is urgent, as it could go out of print in a matter of days.

    Two things must be done:

First, we need to sell as many copies as possible while the book is still in print. Now is the time to buy copies and urge others to do so. To order, go to the TIC page on Amazon here.

Second, if you have any media contacts, now is the time to use them. I need more radio and TV exposure to keep the book alive.

To assist you, Mike Seeber and Molly Olson have produced the following terrific 2-minute video, which is now up on YouTube. Please distribute this to your media contacts and local officials:

Baskerville Speaks – Family Court Puts Profit Over People
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA6_ZGa7jbc&feature=channel

TIC now has 54 5-star reviews on Amazon. Few books have comparable ratings. All published reviews have been highly positive. (See the list of reviews and jacket quotations below.)

Thanks for all your support and assistance in the past. And hang in there.

I would not dismiss or dishonour Warren Farrell; especially so easily. He has done far, far more than most and from a lot earlier to get the MRM moving. He deserves and has earned Respect.

When dealing with manginas, beware of them altering their positions just enough to come into the mens movement while holding on to many feminist type beliefs.. They can, and have, caused problems in the MRM by the fact that they rarely shake off much of their programming fully..

Id rather give good reading to men who already have a solid standing in their stances against the feminised ways but need refinement to make them more effective..

Re: Men's Rights Books for Manginas, book present

The only book I have ever read is "no more sex war" by neil lydon..

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/More-Sex-War-Neil-Lyndon/dp/1856191915"]Amazon.com: No More Sex War: Neil Lyndon: Books[/ame]

Which I read as soon as it came out in the early 90's, before I even knew of the mens movements existance! (there was no internet then!)

This book definately is a good one as it hits many of the myths on the head, especially smashes the myth of the non violent woman, by exposing that most killings are done by women, not men.. (Only they call it "infanticide" and it is protected by the pussy pass..)

This would be ok for a mangina I guess, as it seems to have been written by one of the many prior supporters of feminism who have changed their minds (when they get old enough to realise that easy sex is no excuse for selling out your brethren!).

I guess 90% of the mrm seems to be "ex feminism sympathisers", so its a clear route, but like I say, a problematic one in many respects for the movement..

    Nathanson and Young's book---"Legalizing Misandry"-very straight forward-written by acedemics
It is the best book ever written on the systemic descrimination of men.
Has all the arguments and the counter arguments with facts to back them. If this book does not make a mangina see the light-nothing will.

The Sex-change Society: Feminised Britain and the Neutered Male (Paper) (Paperback)

    Melanie Phillips..

A sure fire winner by possibly the most widely read "family activist" who is so solidly anti-state and anti-feminism, yet is a woman widely highly respected in the fathers movement, while not actually part of it..

I have not read her book, but I know her views and she is pretty much spot on in identifying the real problems, while being also very mainstream, non gender prejudiced and rarely for any writer, profferring some realistic solutions that are based on good family values and getting the state to stop messing families up..
The following two reviews are worth a thread of their own for the showing the insight of this very impressive woman..

A timely warning about the nationalisation of child raising, 5 May 2001
    By A Customer

This book issues a warning about the nationalisation of our child raising. The UK government offers every inducement to mothers to leave their children in child care dumps while they go out to work. At the same time feminism has demonised men in all walks of life. This book is a timely wakeup call. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews

    Fascinating, 3 Nov 2007
By A. Crabtree (London, GB) - See all my reviews

Fascinating discussion of gender feminism, no-fault divorce and family breakdown.

The title is to make the point that the state is effectively father now to many children, that married men are being required to work less and be more involved with their children or be divorced, and that women are under great pressure always to work for money like an old-style father.

There is much on the distinction between equity and gender feminism - the reasonableness of the former and the damage of the latter, with its demonisation of men. Particularly interesting is the contradiction between the criticisms made of married fathers with the promotion of divorce: married fathers are exhorted to spend more time with their children instead of working, while divorced (or evicted) fathers, dumped into bedsits, have to work harder than ever for money to support their ex-wife, children and bedsit, yet without the involvement formerly felt essential in marriage (instead a fortnightly re-enactment of that closeness is promoted as sufficient, just for a sanctioned day or two.)

There is an extraordinary chapter about domestic violence, arguing that there is almost as much violence from women on men as in the other direction. Incredible if true (and it is heavily referenced,) the purpose of the argument is to oppose the feminist opinion, that men are inherently violent and untrustworthy, and have to change to be more feminine to be accepted.

The doziness of the last Conservative government is recorded, during which gender feminism progressed at full speed, so too the non-judgementalism of Family Law judges, and there is a fascinating criticism of court Welfare Officers, who appear to be anti-marriage.

Melanie Phillips has become a hate figure for the left wing establishment. She'd need to be invented if she didn't exist, probably because of the force of her arguments compared with the failure of theirs, but perhaps also that agitators need something to agitate against. I find her far sightedness most impressive. For example, read "All Must Have Prizes", published as long ago as 1996, a demolition of progressive education in Britain, particularly concerning teaching children to read. There seem to be documentaries and articles daily now that give detail of the success of Synthetic Phonics in teaching reading even to teenage children. Melanie Phillips was like a prophet about this, and I suspect "The Sex-Change Society" of being just as correct and prophetic.

Yes, MP is practically flawless when it comes to her writing about the issues we have to deal with.

She takes the pro-family anti-state position and writes with a logical and non-sentimental manner that cannot offend and gets down to the core issues effectively, while also promoting real answers that make sense.
