It is time we took this massive problem to the World and have it dealt with once and for all. lets not waste the fabulous resources of information gathered on this site just to loose into cyber space let us all make a single focus and simultaneous campaign towards our Governments via commercial media all News Internationals outlets and the BBC World Service in addition to localised campaigning to newspapers, radio stations and lobby the politicians till they are sick of hearing about it and give in. We need to get the right minded people onside Camilla Cavendish John Hemming in the UK Dr. Robert Kenedy in Canada Senator Steve Fielding in Australia and well go for gold in the US President 'new hope Obama set out a clear mandate of what should happen (regional variations included) and just bombard as many people with that information as possible.
I believe the Superhero protests of the past have proved counter productive and alienate right minded people who are unable to empathise as they have not gone through our hell so we need to be seen as responsible polite people, if you get the chance to talk on TV or Radio keep it polite no swearing contain your frustrations so we can get this message across concisely as possible!
The best advice I got from http://order-order.com/ was to keep your messages brief and to the point lots of small comments have more effect then the big blogs I have been guilty of . After taking Guido's (Paul) advice I simply sent a comment " From now on F4J will only wear Chelsea shirts when they protest !" to date this is the one comment that has attracted the most attention and was phoned for days by newspapers who thought we were going to invade pitches in the wake of Frank Lampard's complaint on Radio (LBC) that he was criticised for being a poor dad!

May I suggest our campaign comes under the banner Justice4Children people don't usually give a 4X for Dads but our message is the same we want to do our best for our kids and our future generations, we also do not want to succumb to the generalised stereo types the press like to build upon so don't be too critical of any one person in 5 years of imposed research I have found the good Mums and Dads suffer at the hands of Family Law where as the Vengeful mothers and Feckless Dads are actively encouraged!
Also do not weaken to propaganda, Alister Campbell thwarted earlier campaigns by making it believed that F4J were to kidnap Leo Blair, this shows the level of 'stupid' as why should a campaign to bring families together undertake something so obviously contrary to their beliefs!

MANDATE UK (US, Canada and Australia to offer their variations)

Reform of Family Law: Legal aid to be given to both separating parents to a maximum in the UK of £500 each and a single court appearance, this will focus the mind to an early resolution and deter endless litigation and stop legal professionals plundering the legal aid purse for mum whilst bankrupting Dad.

Social services to be removed from the court reporting process has it occurred to anyone that they actually perpetuate future work for themselves by the incompetence they offer in the Family Court arena ? A judge should be empowered to call upon a family GP for medical history of a child and regular up dates there after also for school age children the schools should be able to report to court as they see the children often more then the parents so should be able to offer a more intimate insight then the snap shot reports from social workers who then leave their case file on their shelve leaving us to clear up their mess for years to come.
The 10 year old Blair love child 'CAFCASS' to be disbanded they do far more harm then good Social services should then be able to concentrate on child welfare rather then dabble in family Law which they are not competent to do! They should be encouraged to attain life skills such as raising a child to at least teenage years before they can preach to parents no matter how 'qualified' they think they are.

Where there is no previous records of domestic abuse the norm should be equal access to both parents although not so rigid as a Court order would impose but a more flexible approach by reasonable consent by both parents If this is not adhered to the offending parent has to pay for any future court involvement!

Parental Responsibility Law: this should be enforceable and BOTH parents who's name appears on the birth certificate are to be liable for the care and welfare of their child to a minimum of the age 16 or till that child ends full time education/ leaves home. That parent has a duty of care to ensure that their child is fed and clothed receives the best education they can arrange and in spite of the unfortunate human rights act is responsible even for the 'grey area' of early teen so if that child commits a crime they are too young to be charged for the parent faces paying the fine or even imprisonment if that is what the child would have got had they been adult. Again this should focus the mind on the seriousness of parenting and a good side effect could be that teenagers may think twice, if their child grows up to be a problem and any failure of this parental responsibility should be met with stiff penalties on BOTH parents.

CSA to disband (Yes I mean it) part of the original court is to agree a once and for all financial agreement in the form of a contract between both parents with an expected norm to allow the children to benefit as they would had their parents not separated any failure here by either parent (not solely dads responsibility) to result in the offending parent paying for further court action.

Vengeful mothers and feckless dads and parents who allow their children to come to harm through their negligence to feel the full force of the law including prison and the children to go to the next available family member (Foster care should be made the very last resort if no other family member exists) Extended family should also have this enforced upon them as this will give the original parents greater incentive to do the right thing!

We need to constantly e-mail Radio Stations and local and national newspapers letter pages and editors I also believe there should be a committee made up of public figures who could lobby our cause ideas to include;
The Rt Hon Ian Duncan- Smith MP, Ann Widdecombe MP (will be on LBC Radio from 10 am starting Mon10th Aug 09) Camilla Cavendish, John Hemming MP Shaun Baily Erin Prizzey Dennis Skinner MP (For a balance of political view and good at getting messages across) other suggestions welcomed for this committee of family and social cohesion ( what ever that means)!

A 'face' figurehead would be useful. Bob Geldorph did some good work as have several others. Pierce Brosnan too.

But even if I get stick for this, I say we need a small group, maybe four, of both men and woman of some serious celebrity. But just how does a bunch of wannabes like us attract them?

As for basic Principles of Family Law, there is a huge Industry of rent-seeking scum who have to have their fingers prised off the public purse. They will fight tooth and nail to retain their privlege and corruption, as I pointed out in the other thread.

The basic principle should be public enforcement of private accountability.

BOTH parents should be WHOLLY, individually, jointly and severally, TOTALLY responsible and accountable for all aspects of their child's welfare.

Interference with the responsibility of a parent should be deemed child abuse and severely punished.

Courts should be in the business of punishing parents who fail; not rewarding them for it. Courts currently are a first-stage Parental Alienation system. They cause the very factors that damage children.

The Courts not only have to be cleared out of the scum that inhabit them - from Judges down through the ranks of Lawyers and around through the pseudo-Professionals that 'advise - but those scum need to be punished. And I mean REALLY punished. They should be ruined; their careers ruined; their treasuries looted; their reputations destroyed; their families and friends turned against them.

'Family' Courts should be totally dismantled and reconstituted to look at facts, punish perjury, make Judgements on evidence instead of 'process' - which today means form-filling. Truth should be paramount.

The vast sums of public money devoted to divorce should be diverted to building sound and healthy marriages - between hertosexual couples - and supporting parents.

Then gentlemen you will need to simply carry on firing blanks into cyber-space just to get it off you chest, but there is a real issue here which bitching between yourselves will not achieve anything, and climbing on things dressed as batman will alienate further then any court in the land!

It is time this campaign came of age and focused in one direction by all the people gathered on this board as well as other similar sites and lobby those who should know better by those who do including many of the analysis on comments from Canada, Oz, US and Soviet Britain why let this all go to waste when correctly channeled it could be overcome yes we need a figure head but we also need everyone who writes here to direct their efforts towards a speific target on a particular day I have comments on messageboards at the BBC Sun Talk Sunday Mercury in the West Midlands we could all add comments to them we should be sending short to the point comments to our MPs councellor (I e-mail my local CSF director on a weekly basis and frequent e-mails to CAFCASS suggesting they quit!)

If this site is nothing more then a gossip coloumn then I'll leave you to it but if you seriously want to make change for the better and yes Haahoo
Justice4Children has more credability in the public mind then F4J. A year ago I passed Geoff Hibbert on the M25 Gantry and hearing him being slated on BBC Radio London pulled into a lay-by at Hemel to plead our case and say instead of critising the guys methods ask the motives (Some hope at the BBC) His motive was for his daughter, as I thought all our motives were and we are all seeking justice for our kids and future generations. and remember any campaign is only as long as childhood it self as once that has gone it is too late! At 10 and 13 it is probably too late for my sons, but as Percy has recognised what makes my blood boil is the blatent injustices each and every day that the public are not aware of and it is down to us to educate them and reveal this corruption for what it is!!

Or HaaHoo do we just sit on our hands slagging off Harriet Harman and the likes for evermore

Or can I deputise you and suggest you come up with the figure head and organise all the co-conspiritors on this board to lobby their local Mp/representative for the rest of August and see what responce this brings and we all meet on Priority news 1st Sept for a review

You are right, it would be good if folk would target their mp's or any number of others for a direct campaign but the message has to be right or it risks playing into the hands of the social engineers..

What is "justice for children" about?

They message we all share is sound that is why I am here but I do question the methods of F4J that rather plays into the hands of the Press esp the BBC who will ridicule the likes of Geoff Hibbert but never ask what desperation leads a caring dad to do what he did then you here after he has been sentenced that he was prepared to jump off that gantry killing himself and how many others now that leads us into social engerneering or a manipulation of truth more then any thing I am proposing! I did in fact get a chance to plead my case on BBC London as Geoff was being lead away then later the same evening on a later programme but it is like pissing in the sea as none of these people have witnessed the hell we have so they just think we are a load of hooligans wanting justice for ourselves ( They couldn't give a 4X for Dads) rather then keep the children secure even after a seperation and in turnbenefit society by having better adjusted kids then what we are experiencing today!

do you really think I am in the mood to take the piss out of anyone least of all those in the same shit hole I am in simply for trying to do my best for my kids, who isidently are on holiday at the moment with their mother and new partner I don't know him from Adam but they have just handed my interst in my former home to him on a plate, to pay towards my bankrupcy and he sees my kids everyday....for those who don't know that is like having your lower gut removed via your throat and a perminant hunger in your stumach and it killing me!! so are you with me or not lets make this happen and not waste all the lives lost and lives distroyed by this appalling system and give it a once and for all push!

You will know better then I how long I have been on this site so could I have helped Marx and Percy both of whom I have the highest amount of respect for and encouraged by much of what they have said! I will read through your points and give some thought to my response (Subject to moderation....**it happens) and return to this tommorow in the meantime .......Haahoo haahho it's off to Oz I go.... see if I can piss them off as much as I clearly have you!

Dont worry, I was just making a hypothetical point..

We all go through the shit at different times, but many folk only get the desire to do anything when its THEM in the shit..

I have been part of the fathers movement for a long time and I have seen mostly folk who are in there for just as long as it suits them..

I.E, when they are in the shit, they want help, and they MAY help others who are in the shit at the same time.. Very few stay for longer, and those that do, have usually "caved in" and accepted the court-ordered BS..

They get their precious super-dooper court orders, were the state dictates how they get to play second-rate accessory mug parent and they call it a day at that.. Forced into compliant servitude, re-enslaved!

The rest of the time they continue to grovel to their kids in the hope that they can stay in their good books, because the family courts put kids in a position of power ahead of parents, and of course, thats the big twist in the tale that few folk are wise to, even when it happens!

And we wonder we we are witnessing the rise of the "spoilt bastards" generation of uncontrollable, demanding little wretches!

Its all perverse!!

A big problem in the UK is the so called human rights act actually underminds the Parental responseabilty we fought for to take this a stage further there is never anything in it for Dad even if things are ok and note seperated , hard work, worry and thehope your kids make it to Uni before you have a heartattack!!
