Women charged with mudering a Man.
OTTAWA — Police have charged a woman in the New Year’s Day death of Simon Hubbard, the city’s first homicide of 2011.
Jennifer Bird, 26, of Ottawa is charged with second-degree murder in he death of 43-year-old Simon Hubbard.
