any attempt to defend an insane action with such bull shit excuses should be a crime in its self, the punishment for which should be months of public humiliation in stocks on the town square prior to going of to repay your debt via a realistic sentence, maybe some hard labour.

Do we ever hear this shit when a man commits a terrible crime like this? NO! Judges ACTIVELY look for reasons not to put criminals in jail simply because of their gender and nothing more. Every time a woman is a perpetrator she is always a victim as well.

Whenever a man is involved, it is all about "the best interest of the child," mitigating circumstances be damned. If a man is ordered to pay a certain dollar amount in child support, it means nothing if he injures himself and cannot work as much, develops depression and cannot work as much, or is even a hostage and is unable to work. No thought is given to mitigating circumstances in a man's case. Whenever a woman is involved there is always an attempt to rationalize and attempt to find mitigating factors.

Does anyone else know what this means? It makes it sound like the second son is someone else's child and the woman wanted this man to pay for raising him. The husband's actions are irrelevant and do not excuse child abuse. Oh that's right, it's a woman. A man supposedly breaking a promise is a mitigating factor, best interest of the child be damned.
