Well according to some feminists on digitalspy.co.uk, rape requires a penis - not just penetration. So this case would thus be considered as sexual battery, assault or similar - but not rape. I'm with CD though, rape is supposed to be about non consent... and if a man is made to engage in a sexual act against his will, either through drugging, while sleeping or such and a woman engulfs his penis, it should be treated as rape. I watched the news story about this case. Apparently the men where drunk and rowdy (according to the stripper's boss.) So, if a woman gets drunk she is not capable of consenting, but drunken men are responsible? The point comes down to this: he did not consent! He said, "Don't put it in!" She raped him. | ||||
