The decision came after the mother alleged extreme emotional abuse by the father, which she claimed was putting the teen's safety at risk.

I wonder if this will help set a precedent in future Canadian cases? Or, will the judge find herself ostracized and then eventually ousted by the feminist mafia?

Even so, despite feminists denying it exists, it's a case where parental alienation was cited as the primary reason for the decision. It's some progress I believe.

Yes, it's a move in the right direction. Also, many underestimate the destructive influence of the mother-in-law when a man seperates from his girlfriend/wife. Luckily it was recognised in this case by ironically a female judge.

However, I don't make much distinction as to the sex of many judges, as, for the most - they can be as bad as one another whether they're male or female. We all know most judges receive concentrated training from feminists regarding domestic violence and family law. Biased or what?

This wouldn't even be a story if it didn't happen to a woman.

You underestimate men. They will dig their toes in when it is needed.

Some walk with their feet for sure. But when those that walk with their feet are unlucky, they end up at the county's embassy for being murdered or losing everything in a foreign land because they thought the grass was greener on the other side. No-one cares for their taking a chance from the grass they considered unworthy. Least the feminists if they are men.

People easily forget that what every side you turn to.... that side of people click on to your misery and take advantage of you.

I personally couldn't believe how easily men walked away. But then maybe that is because I am a woman. Just like the lioness, I will kill before I give up.

Julie, I know this is going to come across as mean, but

It's still somehow the mans's fault, by not 'digging in' no matter that the man probably doesn't have the finacial goods to mount such a defense. He must continue working to support his ex and his children, sometimes working unhealth hours just to get by. Plus, having 'walked' through the ridiculously unfair legal system, men find there is NO recourse available to them. If your criticism is centered because you would 'fight like a lion', perhaps you know, as a woman, you have a sense of certainty that you will prevail.
