She was telling me something funny about a mutual friend. There was nothing sexual in it.

When I came home, my fiancee had cut up my underwear and sent a reply telling my ex she was a tart.

That resulted in her boyfriend phoning me and threatening GBH.

We have made up now, but I am having doubts about marrying her.

She also said if it happens again, she will cut me up. Although later she claimed that was a joke.

A I DON'T find anything funny about your fiancee's behaviour.

For one thing, she shouldn't have been looking at your texts in the first place. And her reaction was way over the top.

No-one can or should put up with that kind of irrational jealousy, especially when it was accompanied by threats of violence.

You would be crazy to marry this woman. Don't do it.

But can I once again warn readers that kisses in texts should be used sparingly, incase they are misconstrued.
