I have wondered about this too.

Now that I am 5 1/2 years post divorce (and the divorce took 3 years), my son has been alienated against me. I cannot get anyone to help with the matter.

There is a chance that the son and father have been alienated, but who knows? If this is the case it may take a LONG time if ever to resolve on it's own. They need some rebonding time..but will this ever take place?
