Wow, where to start?

How about this: You OWE your child a father. You are not being "both mother and father" when you selfishly decide to cut a child off from his or her male parent. I know, we've been led to believe that women can do anything, but we really can't. We can't father, no matter how talented or smart or hardworking we are. My husband is part of who my children ARE. EVERY DAY he is teaching them about themselves, about being a man, and about being a good husband. You are being unbelievably deluded if you think that even excellent mothering can make up for the loss of a father.

You want to know something kids respect? Putting their needs first. One of those needs is having a father. If you really just don't like men, you have no business infecting a child with that prejudice.
